Meditation is a great way to practice non-reaction. Most of the unbeneficial aspects of our personas are created through automatic reaction. We judge, get emotional and sometimes act without even really thinking about it. This causes much heartache and problems in life. Yet there is a way to clear such energies. The way is through practising not reacting to our thoughts, sensations and emotions. In meditation when these come up and we just observe, without reacting, they disappear. In this way we can clear the clouds in our auras that literally create all the problems in our life. Then we can be freed to experience the joy, aliveness and satisfaction of whole light and whole love that is already and always the true essence of our being.

Take 20 minutes a day to just sit and be with our sensations, thoughts and emotions without reacting to them.
